All international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are set by local authorities — not by Carsicko — and must be paid by the customer to release the parcel.

If you choose not to pay the duty or tax, your package will usually be returned to us or held by customs. In that case, we can only issue a refund (minus shipping and any handling fees) once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse.

For UK customers, all applicable taxes are included at checkout.

Yes — for all UK orders, tax (including VAT) is already included in the product price you see on our website. The total you pay at checkout is the final amount, with no hidden fees added later.

For international orders, prices are shown excluding local import duties or taxes. These may be charged separately by your country’s customs office upon delivery.
