is there any product which cannot be exchanged?

Yes — for hygiene and quality-control reasons, certain items cannot be exchanged or returned once opened or worn. These include:

  • Socks and underwear

  • Face coverings or masks

  • Accessories such as jewellery or headwear (if unsealed)

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page

All other items may be exchanged as long as they’re unworn, in original packaging, and returned within the allowed return period.
